Here’s To A Fruitful 2024!

New Year New You

New Year, New You

At Nature’s Finest we love turning the page on a new year because it heralds a great opportunity to bring positive change to our lives. Finding time for positive change is the biggest challenge of all, but we suggest you try several small changes to feel refreshed and energised.

We think there’s no better way to start than to have an early morning walk in the fresh, cold air after indulging in Christmas treats. If it’s frosty we love to hear the sound of crispy leaves crunching under our feet and seeing the milky dew on the beautifully woven spiders-webs, as well as seeing the tips of early bulbs peeking out from the wintry ground.

When you get home you can enjoy a bowl of cereal topped with your favourite Nature’s Finest Fruit and a big mug of steaming hot tea whilst you wiggle your toes to help them defrost.

Feeling Peachy

There are many ways to enjoy eating Nature’s Finest Peaches, and our latest harvest is in stores now. From 700g fridge pack jars to smaller snacking pots we’ve got your perfect size covered.

Our peaches are always perfectly ripe and ready to eat with no added sugar.

It’s National Peach Melba Day on the 12th January!

Who knew there was a National Peach Melba Day? – we didn’t!

Peach Melba is a dessert that was developed by the famous French chef Auguste Escoffier in homage to his friend, famous opera singer, Nellie Melba.

It comprises chunky sliced peaches, raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Here is our recipe so you can eat like Nellie, but maybe practice your opera before you sing the praises of your dessert like Nellie did!

National Peach Melba Day

Generously pile your Nature’s Finest Peaches in a bowl, add a scoop or two of clotted cream vanilla ice-cream, and then drizzle with raspberry sauce.

Prune-tastic news!

Your favourite Nature’s Finest Prunes will be available again in Asda from the end of January. These juicy little gems are super tasty, and have a bounty of health benefits when consumed regularly.

Prunes are a fantastic source of fibre which promotes good digestion and better gut health, they also contain the mineral potassium which can help regulate, and even lower blood pressure which is important in helping to keep a happy and healthy heart.

They’re a good source of iron, helping to produce red blood cells which carries oxygen around our bodies.
